Shasta is an amazing doctor. I have fibromyalgia and went through horrible menopause. No Gyno would take the time or do HRT. Shasta takes the time and really listens to me. Some doctors don’t seem to care. Through a serious of blood work we found the right dosage to stop nightly night sweats. Highly recommend this practice.

Shasta was personal, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We started our journey with sensory processing, ADHD and high functioning autism with our son 13 years ago. Unfortunately, we reached a dead end with traditional western medicine. After speaking with a friend in Colorado, she gave me Shasta’s information. We live in Austin, TX and she was able to set up a telehealth appointment within a couple of weeks of calling to make an appointment.

I'm a 63 year old former athlete who thought that getting old meant that I had to just suck it up with low energy, aches and pains and all the other undesirables that went with getting older until I started seeing Shasta at Remedi Health. I'm not a person that goes to a regular doctor for anything because I don't trust the influence big pharma has over the medical industry (for good reason) but I drive an hour and a half one way to see Shasta. I can't fully describe in this review how much better my overall health is and how much better I feel!! I'm very grateful to have Shasta as my health care professional and can't recommend her enough.
