Shasta was personal, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We started our journey with sensory processing, ADHD and high functioning autism with our son 13 years ago. Unfortunately, we reached a dead end with traditional western medicine. After speaking with a friend in Colorado, she gave me Shasta’s information. We live in Austin, TX and she was able to set up a telehealth appointment within a couple of weeks of calling to make an appointment.

I'm a 63 year old former athlete who thought that getting old meant that I had to just suck it up with low energy, aches and pains and all the other undesirables that went with getting older until I started seeing Shasta at Remedi Health. I'm not a person that goes to a regular doctor for anything because I don't trust the influence big pharma has over the medical industry (for good reason) but I drive an hour and a half one way to see Shasta. I can't fully describe in this review how much better my overall health is and how much better I feel!! I'm very grateful to have Shasta as my health care professional and can't recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Shasta for all of your health needs and concerns. She is the most knowledgeable functional health Doctor I have come across and I have seen many. She truly cares about you in the most personal way. Everyone in the office is genuine and very friendly making each visit smooth and comforting.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Shasta provides a doctor-patient relationship that puts you at ease. She is both empathetic and refreshingly objective. Shasta is always warm and Kind. She is very thorough and takes the time to address all of my concerns. I always leave feeling comfortable that I have a good plan in place that addresses both my desire to maintain optimal health and my health challenges. I love her functional medicine approach to my care and I love her collaborative style as a practitioner. She works well with my teenage children and I am able to address any updates or changes that may be required for their care as well. It’s hard to find a practitioner like Shasta who understands health on a cellular level. I would highly recommend her. Lastly, her front office is kind and helpful.

She really listens to your concerns and ideas. Answered all of my questions and had complete rational for her recommendations. Likes that I'm already seeking and using natural products and continues to encourage that. We have to be willing to do our part too, this increases us to reach our health goals, and I love the reminders. Totally recommended totally satisfied.

Shasta listens carefully to my concerns and then uses data (bloodwork or diagnostics) to confirm the best course of action. Shasta and her entire office staff are so amazing! They have helped me so much I have not gotten this good of care from my Kaiser doctor. She truly wants to help you feel better, she is very thorough and very thoughtful, and very intelligent she knows her stuff. The staff does their best to get back to you asap and are super helpful as well. Before I came to Shasta, I was feeling so low, not sleeping, gaining weight, crazy hormone imbalance. It was really taking a toll on me. I am feeling better and better, and it is such an amazing feeling medical doctors do not do a lot for women like Shasta does. She really understands and cares about people. I hope I can continue my journey with her it can only get better. I highly recommend Shasta, and her office best care I have had in years!

Shasta and her staff members Shelby and Maggie went the extra mile to find a way to see me even though my appointment wasn’t finalized. They were kind, thoughtful and resourceful.
