She really listens to your concerns and ideas. Answered all of my questions and had complete rational for her recommendations. Likes that I'm already seeking and using natural products and continues to encourage that. We have to be willing to do our part too, this increases us to reach our health goals, and I love the reminders. Totally recommended totally satisfied.

Shasta and her entire office staff are so amazing! They have helped me so much I have not gotten this good of care from my Kaiser doctor. She truly wants to help you feel better, she is very thorough and very thoughtful, and very intelligent she knows her stuff. The staff does their best to get back to you asap and are super helpful as well. Before I came to Shasta, I was feeling so low, not sleeping, gaining weight, crazy hormone imbalance. It was really taking a toll on me. I am feeling better and better, and it is such an amazing feeling medical doctors do not do a lot for women like Shasta does. She really understands and cares about people. I hope I can continue my journey with her it can only get better. I highly recommend Shasta, and her office best care I have had in years!

Shasta and her staff members Shelby and Maggie went the extra mile to find a way to see me even though my appointment wasn’t finalized. They were kind, thoughtful and resourceful.

I have been struggling with Hypo thyroid for well over 20 years and as time has gone by i felt very fatigued and mentally sluggish early in the day. It was at a point that it was impacting by ability to concentrate and work out. Years of discussing what was going on with my general practitioner got me no relief.
60 days into Shasta's protocol i felt a massive turn and today 4 months later that fatigue is primarily gone as well as the mental fog.
Now my 15 minute nap is because i enjoy the nap !

To be honest I was a little nervous when Paul Battle, PA-C turned things over to Shasta, but she has been fantastic, and I continue to feel amazing with her help. I highly recommend this practice and have referred many of my patients to her office.
